Back to the water!

I am back out on the water today at noon for a trip down the Walhonding River. I think I am over my Giardia and ready to go. Today will be a short float then camp. Tomorrow about 18 miles then Tuesday about 12.

I have a sufficient supply of hand sanitizer this time!

Hello I am 65 years old. Two years ago, when COVID hit, I knew that I have to get healthy or possibly die from that dreaded illness. I chose to change my lifestyle by loosing weight and getting active by kayaking, almost obsessively. Here is mostly my story about my upcoming trip down the Ohio River, in May of 2022.
