I have chosen this image to put on the front of my boat. The tortoise may have been a little slower but his persistent effort won him the race. I hope this old story pays off for me.

Hello I am 65 years old. Two years ago, when COVID hit, I knew that I have to get healthy or possibly die from that dreaded illness. I chose to change my lifestyle by loosing weight and getting active by kayaking, almost obsessively. Here is mostly my story about my upcoming trip down the Ohio River, in May of 2022.
