Hello I am 65 years old. Two years ago, when COVID hit, I knew that I have to get healthy or possibly die from that dreaded illness. I chose to change my lifestyle by loosing weight and getting active by kayaking, almost obsessively. Here is mostly my story about my upcoming trip down the Ohio River, in May of 2022.

  1. Curtis if you are going the whole length of the Ohio when you get to western Kentucky let me know. I live on the south bank of the Ohio River.
